❌ Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled before they enter fulfillment.

Many orders begin processing within 24-48 hours of purchase.

If you need to cancel, contact us immediately at info@getavera.com. Once your order has shipped or entered fulfillment, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a return upon delivery.

🛡 Lost or Missing Packages

We’ll replace or refund any shipment considered lost if:

If tracking shows Delivered but you didn’t receive it:

• A non-delivery certificate from your local post office is required to process your claim.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

• Clear photo/video evidence

• A short description of the issue
