If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, your item must:

  • be unused,

  • be in the same condition that you received it, and

  • include all original packaging.

Once the return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund of the product price to your original payment method.
Please note: in this case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.


✅ Damaged / Defective or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not arrive at all, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund, at no additional cost.

For damaged or defective items, please send us a photo or video of the issue so that we can verify and resolve it quickly.

Please note: Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
If the item is returned to us, we can reship it as soon as the customer covers the additional shipping cost.


❌ Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.
If you contact us within this window, we will issue a full refund before the order is processed and shipped.

After 24 hours, the order may already be in preparation and cannot be cancelled — you may still return it once it has been delivered (see 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee above).

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
